Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the7 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of First nights stay.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours before arrival will be charged in full.
If arrival is delayed due to the non running of the ferry service we will deal with your request directly, please call if this is the case.
Please do call if you do need to cancel as sometimes we can rebook for a later date or come to some other solution.
