Beautiful house with character but with all facilities could wish for .Views are spectacular. Great breakfast with wide range of food .Cooked breakfast was excellent as was the fresh fruit . Friendly staff and Walter couldn’t do more to make you feel at high . Would highly recommend this place- S
We booked Room 4 and 5 for ourselves and our daughter. Both were comfortable and clean and had beautiful views across the water and hills. Walter was a perfect host, always welcoming and providing a great cooked breakfast with a help yourself continental. Ardyne is perfectly situated a 15-20 walk from the centre of Rothesay. Bute is perfect for walking and exploring and Ardyne a great base to come back to. Thank you. - Hall F
I can't say enough great things about The Ardyne. It's beautiful, so well-maintained, super clean & cozy, & all the added thoughtful touches like keeping the dining room open & stocked with teas, coffee, & snacks, plus the tea stations in the rooms make The Ardyne feel less like a hotel & more like a home away from home. The relaxed atmosphere Walt & Bea generate & their warm welcomes for everyone coming through the door are why people keep coming back. I'm not much of a breakfast person so I really appreciated all of the options for their continental breakfast. When I did have their bigger breakfast, it was all so delicious.The views of the bay are incredible!! The comfy sitting areas in the dining room & out front are the cherry on top.Thank you Walt & Bea for making my time in Rothesay so comfortable. - K. McIntyre
