Welcome to the Ardyne Guest House, a Victorian Villa built in 1875 that retains much of its original character and charm. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you, we want to offer you a home from home while you explore the small but plentiful Isle of Bute. A hearty breakfast will keep you going through the day while you visit the islands many attractions or simply relax and enjoy the view and oh what a view it is.

Jane, Kenny and Skye moved to the Isle of Bute in June 2021 taking on the Ardyne Guest House, a well established bed and breakfast on the outskirts of Rothesay. They spend their free time exploring the island with their two dogs Alfie and Elsie, enjoying viewing the wildlife and ever changing scenery on this small but beautiful island.
